NarrArte MN · Book and Art Fest · 2026 is the inaugural annual program of NarrArte MN, a new year-round cultural initiative rooted in literature, visual arts, publishing, multilingual expression, memory, and community.
The festival brings together the voices, images, books, languages, and creative practices of Latin American and Latino writers, artists, and cultural practitioners in Minnesota. It is a space for stories to meet, ideas to circulate, and new connections to emerge.
Through books, visual art, readings, talks, workshops, public conversations, and community-centered activities, the program creates opportunities to encounter diverse perspectives, discover new work, and celebrate the richness of Latin American and Latino cultural expression in Minnesota. It also seeks to broaden the circulation and reach of these works, connecting them with diverse audiences, particularly educators, students, families, and communities.
